2024-10-03 Open Day On 3.10.2024 we organised the P4C Open Day for our customers at the headquarters of Parts4Cleaning Technical Cleanliness Leader, and we welcomed 120 people from 4 countries. Many thanks to all our guests for meeting with us. We look forward to our next meetings and to very interesting conversations about technical cleanliness. 2024-07-22 Postgraduate studies “Technical Cleanliness Officer” On 22 July 2024 an agreement was signed between the University of Bielsko-Biala, represented by His Magnificence the Rector, Dr hab. Eng. Jacek Nowakowski, Professor at UBB, and Parts4Cleaning of Bielsko-Biała, represented by Mr Maciej Płonka – President of the Management Board, on the joint organisation of the postgraduate studies “Technical Cleanliness Officer” (hereinafter TCO). The concept and content of the Postgraduate Studies programme were prepared by Parts4Cleaning experts and the University of Bielsko-Biala under the patronage of the Technical Cleanliness Association “Parts4Assembly”. The aim of the Studies is for employees to gain new qualifications and to broaden their knowledge, skills and social competences in response to the changing technical cleanliness requirements in production plants. The Studies will be delivered by Parts4Cleaning technical cleanliness experts and by staff of the Faculty of Materials, Civil and Environmental Engineering (WIMBiŚ) and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science (WBMiI). 2022-05-30 Accredited technical cleanliness laboratory at Parts4Cleaning On 9 May 2022 we obtained accreditation AB 1836 for our technical cleanliness laboratory in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 17025 standard. We hold accreditation for test methods compliant with the automotive technical cleanliness requirements of VDA 19.1, 19.2 and ISO 16232. 2022-05-19 Parts4Cleaning at the 2nd International Technical Cleanliness Forum & EXPO On 19-20 May 2022 we took part in the 2nd International Technical Cleanliness Forum & EXPO in Gliwice. During our presentations we showed 3 of our latest projects, completed this year. The first of them is a machine for high-pressure water washing and deburring at 500 bar, designed for the entire range of aluminium electric motor housings, the so-called stators. Our second project is a class 7 Clean Room in accordance with ISO 14644, with an area of 500 m2, together with a technical cleanliness laboratory, which we designed and built for our customer from scratch on a design-and-build basis. At the very end of the Forum we presented the capabilities offered by our accredited technical cleanliness laboratory, AB 1836, which is the only one in Poland accredited for particle trap cleanliness testing in accordance with VDA 19.2.
