Parts4Cleaning at the 2nd International Technical Cleanliness Forum & EXPO
On 19-20 May 2022 we took part in the 2nd International Technical Cleanliness Forum & EXPO in Gliwice. During our presentations we showed 3 of our latest projects, completed this year. The first of them is a machine for high-pressure water washing and deburring at 500 bar, designed for the entire range of aluminium electric motor housings, the so-called stators. Our second project is a class 7 Clean Room in accordance with ISO 14644, with an area of 500 m2, together with a technical cleanliness laboratory, which we designed and built for our customer from scratch on a design-and-build basis. At the very end of the Forum we presented the capabilities offered by our accredited technical cleanliness laboratory, AB 1836, which is the only one in Poland accredited for particle trap cleanliness testing in accordance with VDA 19.2.
The Parts4Cleaning Group is a team of enthusiasts specialising in technical cleanliness in production and assembly. We have been gathering experience since 2001 while delivering more than 500 projects for the automotive, aviation, electronics, energy and other industries. Our dedicated solutions prove themselves wherever a high level of technical cleanliness is required for components that then go to clean assembly.
We supply industrial deburring and washing machines, systems for automating clean production, as well as clean rooms together with technical cleanliness laboratories. We provide servicing and rebuilding of washing machines, industrial washing and deburring services for components, as well as accredited technical cleanliness testing in our laboratory.
We share our knowledge during training courses and workshops on technical cleanliness requirements according to the VDA 19.1/19.2 and ISO 16232 standards, and on hydrogen purity in accordance with the SAE J2719 / ISO 14687 / ASTM standards.
Together with our partners, we founded the Technical Cleanliness Association and we co-organise the International Technical Cleanliness Forum & EXPO. We are also a partner of the Hydrogen Agreement at the Ministry of Climate and Environment.
