Accredited technical cleanliness testing
In our accredited technical cleanliness laboratory we carry out detailed contamination analyses in line with ISO 16232, VDA 19.1 and VDA 19.2. The methods we use include optical microscopy, gravimetric analysis and spectroscopy. We guarantee reliability, precision and full compliance with the requirements of industry auditors.
In our work we use advanced test methods, such as solid particle analysis using an optical microscope and gravimetric analysis using a precision balance. Our testing is confirmed by independent audits, which guarantees its reliability and compliance with the highest quality standards.
In addition, in cooperation with our partner Airborne Labs International (ALI), we offer comprehensive solutions for hydrogen fuel (H₂) quality control. These include accredited hydrogen fuel quality testing in line with J2719, ISO 14687 and ASTM, online hydrogen fuel quality analysis systems meeting the requirements of ISO 14687, and hydrogen samplers compliant with ASTM 7650 and ASTM D 7606, together with a full set of HP fittings.

Technical Cleanliness Laboratory
We offer both container laboratory solutions and installations in existing facilities, including clean rooms.
We equip them with advanced LIMS management systems, such as PureLab Soft, compliant with the requirements of ISO 17025. The PureLab software enables comprehensive management of laboratory processes, and PureSensors sensors ensure monitoring of environmental conditions in clean rooms in line with the highest standards. The equipment includes extraction washers that allow spray, flow-through and ultrasonic methods to be used, automatic particle-counting microscopes compliant with VDA 19.1, VDA 19.2 and ISO 16232, as well as precision balances, moisture analysers and complete sets of furniture and additional accessories.

Clean production and assembly audits
We carry out clean production and assembly audits, which are a comprehensive tool for identifying and eliminating sources of inefficiency in production processes. Regular audits contribute to environmental protection,
improved economic efficiency and better working conditions, which benefits both the company and its surroundings.
Our offer includes:
- assembly environment testing – assessment of air cleanliness using particle traps or automatic particle counters,
- process audit – a two-day audit of technical cleanliness management in the assembly process, conducted by a licensed VDA 19.2 trainer (VDA QMC),
- report – a detailed audit report listing areas for improvement and the non-conformities found.
