Laminar flow diffusers and ceilings in a wide range of types, from ceiling canopies and diffusers to units with their own drive and battery power supply
Air Shower personnel and material airlocks
P4C Aseptic Panel, a complete clean room enclosure system – wall and ceiling panels, flooring, doors and windows
Climatic and phytotron chambers – movable boxes or a stand-alone room with strictly defined temperature, humidity and lighting parameters
Pass-through hatches (Pass Box), passive and active, with the option of full recording of operation or of individual parameters
Filtration units, from air diffusers with HEPA filters to units equipped with their own fan – Fan Filter Units (FFU). FFUs can be supplied with an independent system for monitoring the operation of individual units
Assembly
Our own assembly teams, trusted staff and strict process discipline enable us to carry out all work entrusted to us flawlessly and on time. Our trained staff carry out work in line with the requirements of insurance companies.
Parts4Cleaning carries out the assembly of:
- Main enclosure structures,
- Aseptic system enclosures,
- LAF-type units we manufacture,
- Pass-through hatches,

- HVAC and electrical automation installations,
- BMS and RMS control and monitoring systems.
Service and validation
Parts4Cleaning carries out service and validation work on all enclosure components as well as on critical and auxiliary systems.
For one of the most important installations,
namely HVAC, the following measurements are carried out:
- Cleanliness (room classification);
- Tests of the room's return to its initial state (Recovery Test),
- Measurements checking HEPA filters (integrity tests),
- As well as temperature, humidity or overpressure,
- In addition, for LAF-type units,
- Airflow deviation,
- Velocity uniformity.
